Take a stroll along the beach

Found in: Ideas for romantic dates

A lovely way to spend a first date is to take a stroll along a beach. The nice thing about a beach date is that in the summer it can be great place to enjoy the warm weather, and in the Winter you can wrap up warm.

No there are miles of beautiful beaches that line the coast of the UK, but we are not all fortunate enough to live near one. Often you will find that your local reservoir or lake has a few short stretches of beach or shoreline which can be just as nice and romantic.

Look out for subtle opportunities to hold hands or share a quiet cuddle.
