Mexican is an excellent choice for a large or small dinner party, the food options available are both easy to make and the many hands-on options can also add to the fun.- Fajitas: Spiced chicken and mixed peppers eaten in wraps
- Nachos: Tortilla chips topped with sour cream, guacamole (avacado dip), tomato salso and topped with melted cheese (add Jalapeno to spice it up)
- Burritos: Spiced mince beef stuffed wraps topped with tomato salsa and melted cheese
- Stuffed Jalapenos: Large jalapeno chillies stuffed with cream cheese, covered in breadcrumbs and deep fried
Mexican Drinks
- Corona: Mexican Lager served with a slice of lime in the top
- Tequila: Mexican spirit for shooting or cocktails
- Kahlua: Mexican coffee based liqueur
- Sol: Another Mexican lager
