Mexican is an excellent choice for a large or small dinner party, the food options available are both easy to make and the many hands-on options can also add to the fun.
  • Fajitas: Spiced chicken and mixed peppers eaten in wraps

  • Nachos: Tortilla chips topped with sour cream, guacamole (avacado dip), tomato salso and topped with melted cheese (add Jalapeno to spice it up)

  • Burritos: Spiced mince beef stuffed wraps topped with tomato salsa and melted cheese

  • Stuffed Jalapenos: Large jalapeno chillies stuffed with cream cheese, covered in breadcrumbs and deep fried
Mexican Drinks
  • Corona: Mexican Lager served with a slice of lime in the top

  • Tequila: Mexican spirit for shooting or cocktails

  • Kahlua: Mexican coffee based liqueur

  • Sol: Another Mexican lager
